All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, colour preference, or personal expectations.
Manufacturing Defects
We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or pleating due to lighting, screen settings, or the nature of fabric and handmade production are not considered defects.
Exchanges

Approved exchanges are allowed only for items of the same value.

If the same item is out of stock, you may exchange for another item of equal value.

Any price difference for higher-value items must be topped up by the customer.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds

Refunds are not issued in cash or to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only.

Store credit is non-transferable and may be used on future purchases.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact.
